Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Important Notice:
We do not offer refunds for returned items. Returns are only accepted under the conditions outlined below, and refunds will only be issued if the product is confirmed to be defective.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at thinknoor@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue.

If the product is confirmed to be defective, you will be eligible for a full refund or replacement.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care goods (beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, you may return the eligible product (if approved) and place a new order separately.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

However, please note:
Refunds will not be issued unless the product is defective. Returned items must meet the standard return conditions (unused, original packaging, proof of purchase).


Refunds
